Refund Policy

At Regalex India, we are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring your satisfaction with our offerings. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns. We offer refunds or credits for future orders if we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Not Satisfied? Let Us Know!

If you're not happy with our service, please log in to the Regalex Platform using the email you used for payment. If you forgot your password, use the "forgot password" option to reset it. Select the engagement that did not meet your expectations and choose "Not Satisfied." We will then escalate the matter to the relevant Agent and Managers to expedite resolution. While we can manage delays on our end, we cannot control delays from the government or issues with documents submitted. Please be patient as we work to complete your engagement to the best of our ability.

30-Day Refund Policy

If your engagement is not progressing as expected, you can request a refund within 30 days of payment. After 30 days, refunds can be processed as service credits for future use.

Earned Fee & Cancellation Fee Deduction

Before issuing any refund, we will make every effort to complete the service. If you remain unsatisfied, a cancellation fee of 20%, plus the earned fee and any fees paid to the government, will be deducted. If you change the service, the cancellation fee does not apply. All refunds are subject to a minimum 20% cancellation fee. If Regalex India has expended resources to complete the engagement, additional fees may be deducted at the company's discretion. In any case, we will refund up to 80% of the fee paid by the client.

Change of Service

If you wish to change your ordered service, you can request this change within 60 days of purchase. The purchase price of the original service, minus any earned fees and payments to government entities, will be applied to the new service. There is no 20% deduction for service changes to the same or higher value.

Request Refund

To initiate a refund request, log in to the Regalex Platform and select "Get Help." You will also need to email help@Regalexindia.com with transaction details to begin the refund process. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 weeks from the date of request and receipt of all relevant information.

Penalty or Tax Payment

Regalex India acts as a corporate service provider, preparing necessary filings. Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and correctness of these filings. Regalex India will not pay any penalties or taxes on behalf of clients and is not liable for any additional costs incurred related to the completion of the service that is outside its scope.

Factors Outside Our Control

We cannot guarantee the results or outcome of your specific procedure. Government rejections, backlogs, or platform issues (e.g., MCA website, Income Tax website, FSSAI website) can cause delays. Additionally, the results of services provided by our associates on the Nearest.Expert platform, who are not employed by Regalex India, are not guaranteed or eligible for refunds. Government processing delays cannot be used as a reason for a refund.

Force Majeure

Regalex India will not be in breach of its Satisfaction Guarantee policy or default under any terms of service due to any cessation, interruption, or delay in performance caused by natural disasters, legal actions, changes in law, war, terrorism, labor strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control (each a "Force Majeure Event").
